Insider Violence

It is any act, threat or other threatening activity that creates an intimidating, hostile or abusive atmosphere. Insider violence involves criminal or damaging threats leading to physical attacks that damage infrastructure or endanger individuals or groups. Insider threats violate safe environments. This also includes physical or sexual harassment, intimidation, bullying, offensive jokes, or other threatening behaviour by co-workers or associates in the workplace or while working.
