Most organisations could probably identify the people with the greatest ability to materially impact them.
But what about the people you wouldn't think to name?
They may sit much further down the organisation, with little formal authority or influence. Yet over time, they may have accumulated something far more significant: Access, knowledge, relationships and a deep understanding of how the organisation really works.
Their position may look unremarkable. Their capability may be anything but.
